Private CDN

• A Private CDN is built and operated by a single company to deliver its own content exclusively. Instead of paying an outside service, the company places its own servers deep within ISP networks to gain complete control over how its data is handled.

Public CDN

• A Public CDN is a service provided by a third-party company that rents out its distributed infrastructure to many clients.
